Another Cornish Sunset

No matter how many times I stand and watch the sun slowly sink into the cold of the Atlantic, I would happily do it again.

This time it was late autumn and the sunset was not a long laid-back affair but a brusque, efficient transition from crisp afternoon to twilight. The air cooled with the dying light and the hoodie I had wondered about wearing was welcome on the return walk amongst the heathered paths.

Winter is coming.
